Kuwait Traditions
Marriage:
Marriage is an important aspect of every Kuwaiti man and
woman’s life. As both are not obliged to be married to a person they don’t like
or feel uncomfortable with but they will eventually be forced to get married
when they reach a certain age which is from 28 to 30 years of age. In Kuwait
and Islam too it’s “OK” for a man to get married to four women even though
women do not appreciate the fact that her husband has feeling towards a
different woman then herself. When
Kuwaiti couples get married the husband must give his wife a present of 22
thousand dollars before the wedding ceremony so his wife would go and get ready
and buy what she wants and needs. However there are two ceremonies before the wedding which : are the first
family gathering of both the husband and wife families gather to meet and the
second one is the engagement ceremony where they both exchange rings. Finally
in the wedding the man enters the ballroom and walks toward his wife where she
awaits him on the beautifully designed wedding chair where he takes off her
white veil and kisses her on the cheeks. (No lip kissing!!)
Dowaniya:
Most Kuwaiti men spend their time in the “Dowaniya” where
they meet with their friends and have fun laughing, exchanging jokes and even
talking about some political issue in their country also other issues in their
life too. In the Dowaniya not only do friends come and meet even some
politicians go and pay a visit to many Dowaniyas to talks to the men their so
they would vote for him. Adding to that many families gather a huge amount of
money to build them a dowaniya in a well know area in Kuwait so it would stand
out and give their family a good reputation of owning a dowaniya in a fancy area
in Kuwait.
Clothes:
Both men and woman in Kuwait pay a lot of attention towards
what they wear and what brand it is. However Kuwaiti traditional clothes are
luxuries but many people do not know that. Kuwaiti men wear a Dishdasha which
is a long white colored dress looking outfit but what most people don’t know
that the fabric of the dishdasha is very expensive that may cost more than 5
thousand dollars just to buy it without sowing it. On the other hand
traditional Kuwaiti woman clothe consists of many fabrics put or worn on top of
each other along with gold and silver that gives it a more fashionable and
feminine look.

Today while I was browsing on youtube I notice something
that really get my attention . I really was shocked in the same time but I really
like it .
As you knew that almost all of our leader and president has
their our sharp character . they always talk so influence with high vocabulary . Also their life is so invisible , no one
knew how their house look like from inside , what they eat , where they spend
their vacation…etc however president Obama had change this role . he is the first
president that act like any other citizen . He goes to burger store and order
without any protection or bodyguards. He walk and talk to the citizen like he knows
them from a long time . he spend day in the park with his family , he play basketball
with his friend and stuff . please tell
me is there is any president do all theis thing ?

In our modern world, we can see that the whole world is in development , every day , every hour and every minute there is something new because of the high technology revelation . In order of that governments are trying to develop and update their citizen so , they can compete with the most economical and developed country and If ask yourself how could government develop their citizens the answer would be by education . As you knew that Kuwait in one of the most economical and developed county today. Kuwaiti government is providing citizens with all of their needs like free health care , free housing and free education with paid scholarship to any country in the world .
First of All , As person who had been living and in Kuwait for almost 17 years I have to say that Kuwaiti citizens are so spoil because there is no other government provide their citizens with their need as much as Kuwait . Also families are giving and provide their children with their need too so children are so bless with what they have . I have to say that I was one of the children that had been given whatever he ask . However everything had been changed after I arrived to the united state . from my personal experience in the state I realized that life is much more than being spoil kid who owns whatever he want without giving effort . so my knowledge and understanding had change from limited knowledge to unlimited knowledge this is the first thing that I had learn when I came to the United State
Secondly , I had learn how can I depend on myself without asking anyone from helping me . because while I was in Kuwait I was sitting like ponich potato all day doing nothing . for example if I want to eat I just have to call the kitchen and talk to the cooker to cook what I would like to eat and it’s the same thing for washing clothes , fixing bedroom , cleaning and even driving car . However I had learn all this thing while I was in the United State because there were no cooker to cook or house maid to clean my bedroom or driver who take me to the ELC every morning . this is one of the thing I have learned because of being student abroad
Third , I had learn who can I communicate with people all over the world . As you knew when you live in place where all your friend from your same country and same culture you’re not getting anything new . although , staying with friends who understands where you came from and how you think is fun but its not useful. In the other hand if you have friend from different part of the world with different culture tradition and language you will feel like your leaning a lot of thing . So , from my experience I had learn who can I communicate with American , chiness , Korean and mangolyan without facing any problem
In consolation and in few words , living abroad had effect my in very positive way . Also there is alot benefit that had been added to my personality , knowledge and education . probably that’s why the Kuwaiti government and our present want us to study in the state because of high education , friendly people and the experience that we are getting . In my opinion and believes that studying in the United State changes every student attitude be making him a fixable persona how can be successful in his life

At the tip top of the Arabian Gulf lays one of the world most economically developed country Kuwait. Developed means it’s rich and up to date with the world’s economy but being rich defiantly has a source which is Oil. Kuwait’s main spoken and written language is Arabic and religion is Islam. Kuwait is ruled by the AL Sabah family for more than 3 centuries . but before mentioning Kuwait development and the increase in economy that had been seen in the last few years am going to share with you some of the most unforgettable moment in Kuwait beginning .
First of all , before oil was discovered , Kuwait was known as a desert with simple life style . people were diving for pearls , fishing for food and building ships so they can seals crosses the oceans . However this simple life style had been totally changed after the impact discovery of oil. Since that time Kuwait embraces one the largest oil fields found on this planet which has been discovered in the late 1930’s by the Brits .
There is no doubt that Kuwait economy had been rise 100% after oil had been discovered. Oil effect Kuwait positively in many ways like the increase that had been seen in health care, level of education and most important economy. Oil is exported from Kuwait to more than 50 countries worldwide which results in huge amounts of income even though most of this income has been left for the next generation’s savings that has been kept in the last decade or more. Many people ask themselves and so am I why every country wants to buy oil from Kuwait? Answering this question based on my knowledge is that Kuwait’s oil is pure and it doesn’t need to be processed or purified. Also because Kuwait known with her friendly reputation with other country so there are multi of reason that lead Kuwait to be one of the most successful counties list in the world
Today Kuwait plays an very important role in the word and if we ask our self how the answer would be that Kuwait is worlds trade center , it connects the west with east in many ways like present Asian and middle eastern product to Africa and south-north America and vice versa . Moreover, the increasing amount of building and housing that could provide to the Kuwait citizens. Kuwaiti government is building more 100,0000 house , hospital and school per year so they can insure that there citizens are living comfortably . Also Kuwaiti government is trying to offer well-paid jobs every year to their new college and university graduate
Kuwait government is planning to increase her oil income so she can be update with world most successful countries. Ineddtion Kuwaiti government is trying to build new cities with a lot of features so their new generation won’t face any problem in the future and so people come from all over the world to see what’s happing in the small Kuwait
Last but not least and in few words many people think that living in a rich country means even the people there are rich. But I totally disagree with this opinion. Not all Kuwaiti citizens aren’t rich some are some aren’t so rich. As I mentioned previously most of the oil money is saved in the next generation savings. Many generations have passed by and the government is still “saving”. Kuwaiti citizens are benefiting from the humongous oil income.

Nowadays we can see that pollution is one of the most important global issue that cusses a lot of problem to our world and environment and to be more specific today am going to talk about water pollution which is increasingly become a large number of problem that we as humans need to confront and solve Water is our most valuable resources . Just image how much we humans are dependent and need water besides the fact that we drink water every day in life , we use water for many surcease like cooking , washing clothes , farm field…etc , did you ask your self before what would happen if we woke up and we couldn’t find any water ?
Frist of all, there are many cusses of water pollution. However , one of the most effectible cusses is plastic . you might ask yourself how could plastic effect water negatively and the answer is As study that had been given by university of Denver , plastic need more than 200 hundred year to decompose in the water . moreover based on the GWO which stand for Global Water Organization study , every year more than 15 million waste are dumped in the see . Also , the more people there are in one area the more waste they will produce . there is no doubt that waste are effect the sea world and the animals that live in the sea .
Second , Wars plays an very important role in cussing a lot of damage and problem to oceans . Every one know that the earths surface in covered by 70% water , only 3% is fresh and drinkable , while 20% is frozen which leaves a grand total of only 8% of earth surface water that is readily available to consumers to be use . while we have 8% available water to be used and prefunded there is more than 19.000 petroleum lake in the ocean and if you ask your self where did 19.000 lake from the answer would be from the damage and the bad effect that had happen because of the wars and the bad residues that needs more than 500 years to be solved and clean
In conclusion, there is a lot of bad affection that effect oceans and see like waste, ware and many other so we have to protect the oceans from theis kind of effecting because water is our main surcease to be survive and to live . Moreover in my opinion I think that water is much important of any other surcease because there is no doubt that water in more valuable that any other surcease

Nowadays we can see that tv plays an very important role in
our life by making life look like a small village . however , there are a lot of different
opinions about what’s interesting in tv today . A lot of people prefer to watch comedy so they
enjoy their time and have fun while
other prefer to watch real stories to get the benefits of it , but if ask me what’s your favorite t.v
show my answer would be something related to my hoppy so today am going to present one of my favorite tv channal which
is the history channel . the reason why I
choose this channel because it shows a lot of interesting and amazing programmes
like
the Egyptian great time , different county cultures and stone age . but what am going to
present is something doesn’t related to theis topics . It’s about “ the Longest
Sniper Kill Ever “ its sound weird because you would ask yourself how could
longest sniper kill ever would be related to the history channel don’t worry I asked
myself too and I didn’t get the answer yet .
Its really obvious that my hoppy is shutting and for this
reason I choose this topic which sound a
lot boring to a lot of people because they think its really silly and immature .
but in my opinion I think that shutting has a lot of techniques and strategies and in this video the speaker is going to
present theis strategies by giving real examples that US Marine had faced in wars
and by showing how could the weather effect there shut , moreover they are
going to present mathematical strategies . i don't want to give you all the information so you don't get bored
